Kathy Buchanan, Deputy Director of Information Technology, oversees the Information Technology Division and the Telecommunications Division with a total of 81 staff members. The Information Technology Divisions provide comprehensive information technology (IT) consulting services, including project planning and management for system implementations and are also responsible for IT planning, implementing, administering, and maintaining the County’s data systems, including servers, data storage, firewall, and security systems, as well as administering and maintaining the radio, data, and voice networks.
