IT Division for Customer Services and Security Services

The Information Technology (IT) Division for Customer Services and Security Services is located at 2986 Richardson Drive in the DeWitt Center in North Auburn. The division is managed by Andy Marks and has two primary areas of responsibility: customer service and application support and network security services.

The IT Customer Services group is responsible for coordinating the administration, support, and maintenance of countywide support applications. This group is also responsible for the staffing, support, and administration of the Network Customer Service Center and the Data Center. Network change management is a primary responsibility of the group.

The IT Security Services group is responsible for the staffing, support, and administration of network security. Comprehensive network security services including firewall and anti-virus protection for County network customers are a primary responsibility of the group.
