Customer Support Services
The Customer Support Services Group of Information Technology has two primary areas of responsibility: customer support, and Health and Human Services application support.
The group is managed by Kevin Krogsrud, Information Technology Manager, and consists of two teams:
Customer Services Team
- Customer Service Center (Help Desk)
- Data Center
- Network Change Management
- Hardware/Software Installation and Maintenance
HHS Application Support Services
- Human Services - includes the new Covered California and the California Healthcare Eligibility, Enrollment and Retention System (CalHEERS) for the California Health Benefits Exchanges.
- Children's System of Care
- Adult System of Care
