The Enterprise Systems and Solutions Division of Information Technology (IT) is located at 2986 Richardson Drive in the DeWitt Center in North Auburn. The division is managed by Keely Scanlan and has two primary areas of responsibility: Enterprise Class Solutions and Systems and Web Solutions.

The Enterprise Class Solutions group is responsible for the administration, support, and maintenance of enterprise-class systems and solutions. This group provides technical support for the county ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and manages the enterprise-class SAN (Storage Area Network). This group provides support for enterprise-class solutions involving Unix system administration, Oracle database administration, and HA (high-availability) features.

The Systems and Web Solutions group is responsible for the administration, support, and maintenance of enterprise-wide Windows-based systems and solutions. This group provides technical support for the county's networked business computing environment and manages the county website. This group provides support for solutions involving Windows system administration, remote access, Access database administration, and web-enablement.
