Telecommunications Division
Dieter Wittenberg, Information Technology Manager, oversees the Telecommunications Division with a total of 20 staff members. The Telecommunications Division provides comprehensive information technology (IT) services through several groups including the Network Infrastructure Services Group for management of the data and wireless networks; the Telephone Services Group for management of the County's phone network, centralized voicemail system, call accounting system, and cable television franchise agreements; the Radio Services Group for management of the County’s interoperable (P25) radio network, microwave systems, and telemetry (SCADA) network; and the Media Services Group providing state-of-the-art video and audio production services to County Departments.
