and specifications are only available from the following location.

MC, VISA, and EFT payments may be made on-line or in person.
Company Checks, Money Orders, and Cashier’s Checks may be submitted by mail or in person. If ordering on-line or by mail, your plans will be sent out within one working day of receipt of payment.
* A convenience
fee of $2.50 will be charged to your credit card for MC or VISA transactions; $1.50
will be charged for electronic fund transfer (EFT) from your checking account.
