Air Quality Permitting - Fugitive Dust - Naturally Occurring Asbestos
Updated 3/1/12
GENERAL INFORMATION
The District has developed draft Air Quality Supplemental Questionnaires intended to support the meeting of mandates imposed upon the jurisdictions (of Placer Count), and to improve outreach on air district permitting requirements and regulatory compliance. The District has also developed informational documents that are intended to streamline and improve the flow of information between County jurisdictions and to further assist in addressing statutory mandates. Below are the documents that have been prepared to address these issues:
-
Placer County Air Quality Supplemental Questionnaire Draft (NOA and Non-NOA areas),
-
City of Roseville Air Quality Supplemental Questionnaire Draft,
-
Permitting Requirements/Do You Need a Permit? Questionnaire,
-
Permit Application Submittal Requirements Fact Sheet,
-
Fugitive Dust Control Requirements Fact Sheet,
-
Dust Control Plan Instructions and Application,
-
Dust Control for Projects in Areas “Most Likely” to Contain Naturally-Occurring Asbestos (NOA) Fact Sheet,
-
