Asbestos - Demolition and Renovation

The U.S. EPA has either delegated the Asbestos National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) program oversight to air districts or the local district is not delegated and the State is responsible. Placer County Air Pollution Control District is not delegated. Map that shows delegated and non-delegated California Air Pollution Control Districts.
