REGULATION 9 – AIR TOXIC CONTAMINANTS

(This was the Airborne Benzene Control Measure - Transfer Of Gasoline Into Vehicle Fuel Tanks. The California Air Resources Board's Air Toxic Control Measure (ATCM) is the current toxic regulation affecting gasoline that is applicable in Placer County. Other rules in Regulation 2 apply to Gasoline.)

The California Air Resources Board's ATCM is the rule for this category of vapor recovery.
