Meadow Vista Residents - Reduce Air Pollution

/upload/apc/images/fall_leaves_4.gif

If you live in the Meadow Vista area, reduce air pollution by using a free leaves and pine needles disposal program sponsored by the Placer County Facility Services - Solid Waste Management Division, the Placer County Air Pollution Control District, and Auburn Placer Disposal Service.

Don't burn your fall leaves and pine needles - take them to the Meadow Vista Transfer Station, 2950 Combie Road, Meadow Vista, and dispose of them in the designated leaf/pine needle box. All material will be taken to the Placer County Material Recovery Center to be composted. Placer County Residents/Property Owners only; proof may be required.

For more information about the program, call Auburn Placer Disposal Service at (530) 885-3735 or visit www.placer.ca.gov/recycle
