PLACER COUNTY ASSESSMENT MAPS ARE AVAILABLE ON ASSESSOR WEBSITE

Bruce Dear, Placer County Assessor, announced that the department's website now provides the public with the capability of viewing and printing Assessor Map pages.

Until now if a property owner wanted to view or obtain a copy of their Assessor Parcel Map, they needed to come into the office on Richardson Dr. in Auburn or purchase one through the mail.

By using either the fee parcel or assessment number, you can now search the current 2006-07 Assessment Roll and then access the map.
