The Auditor-Controller's office exercises fiscal control for Placer County as required by federal, state and local law. We are also responsible for accounting, budgeting, paying Placer County's obligations, tax rates, tax roll preparation, record keeping, and bond services for the county.

County financial information, including the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and the Final Budget, is available at the Auditor's Office, and at all county libraries.
