Learning CPR and Emergency First Aid
Learning CPR and Emergency First Aid
One of the best things you can do to prepare for any emergency situation is to learn CPR - cardio-pulmonary recuscitation - and emergency first aid. That way, you're better prepared for a family emergency, an emergency at work, or a larger emergency in your community or the region.
Local chapters of the American Red Cross offer training in both these skills, at moderate cost. It's possible to arrange a class at your workplace or for an organization, like a church group or neighborhood association.
