Town Hall Meeting on Underage Drinking

Tahoe-Truckee is one of hundreds of communities nationwide that will hold Town Hall Meeting on Underage Drinking “Start Talking Before they Start Drinking” Tue., April 27th from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Truckee Town Hall. All community members are invited. At the event, a panel composed of teens, parents and local professionals will present:
- What underage drinking looks like in our community
- Signs and symptoms of teen use and abuse
- Health, emotional, social, and legal consequences
- Ideas for parents and adults on how to help youth make positive choices
Light Refreshments and Spanish Translation will be provided. Babysitting provided by pre-registering.
