Tahoe Vista/ Kings Beach Communities
The Redevelopment Agency (Agency) will continue to focus on the design and construction of streets, public parking lots and streetscape improvements, public gathering places, sewer and storm drain improvements, repair and undergrounding of utilities, enhanced transportation and traffic facilities, and a gateway identity or sign project. The Agency anticipates investing approximately $10 million dollars for these types of activities. The major project identified for potential funding is the King Beach Commercial Core Improvement Project.
