Employers play a vital role in the collection of child support. As an employer, you can partner with us on our mission to obtain child support so more children have the opportunity to succeed. Your role as an employer is critical to enhancing the quality of life for children and families. By following the statutory mandate to promptly withhold child support from your employee’s paycheck and forward it to the state disbursement unit, you are assuring that children in this county and throughout the state are provided with a financially stable environment.
