The
Ombudsperson is available to assist parents, employers and the community in understanding the program and services available. The Ombudsman can provide parties with information regarding the Complaint Resolution process and State Hearings. They may also assist in explaining your rights and responsibilities as a participant, and resolving case specific issues. They can arrange for any special accommodations or interpreters needed at a State Hearings.

Ombudsperson
An Ombudsperson, translated from Swedish, means “person of the people”. An Ombudsperson is also called the “People’s Counsel”.

All child support payments must be sent to the State Disbursement Unit (SDU). Please mail your payments to the SDU and include your case number and participant ID number. To get more information visit the State Disbursement Unit
