The Ombudsperson is available to assist parents, employers and the community in understanding the program and services available. The Ombudsman can provide parties with information regarding the Complaint Resolution process and State Hearings. They may also assist in explaining your rights and responsibilities as a participant, and resolving case specific issues. They can arrange for any special accommodations or interpreters needed at a State Hearings.
