Setback Information

 

DIRECTIONS FOR OBTAINING SETBACK INFORMATION

 

The zoning must be determined prior to obtaining the setback requirements. The zoning information can be obtained using the Land Information System.

 

  1. There are two search fields. Enter the address or APN in the appropriate field.  
  2. Hit the search button.
  3. Locate and retain the Zoning and/or the Community Plan Area on the Site Report for your location.

 

Now that the Zoning and/or the Community Plan Area have been determined;

 

  1. Select the zoning use below for the property.

 

Division I. Agricultural, Resource and Open Space Districts
