Fee Schedule

The current Residential Fee Schedule (effective thru February 17, 2008) is available in portable document format (pdf).

Effective February 18, 2008, the Building Department Fee Schedule will be modified to reflect the annually adjusted valuation and hourly rate schedule. Valuation rates are adjusted based on the California Construction Cost Index and the hourly inspection rates are based on the Consumer Price Index. These new rates will take effect for permits submitted beginning February 18, 2008. A Valuation Table is also available in Excel 2003 format.
