Fee Schedule is available in portable document format (PDF). Valuation rates are adjusted based on the California Construction Cost Index and the hourly inspection rates are based on the Consumer Price Index.
New construction, including additions, may require the payment of fire mitigation and school developer fees. Please contact your school and fire districts for fee information.
