Community Development Resource Agency is located at 3091 County Center Drive, west of Highway 49, at the corner of Bell Road and Richardson Drive in the north Auburn area.
Please note: Effective May 21, 2012, the Tahoe City Land Development Departments (Planning, Engineering and Surveying, Building, Environmental Health) will be moving to a new location at 775 North Lake Blvd., Tahoe City.

Office Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday
Permit Service: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday - Friday
Front counter closed: 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM Wednesdays
TAHOE: Planners are unavailable on Mondays, as well as Tuesday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
