Bond Screening Committee Rules & Procedures
The function of the Placer County Bond Screening Committee shall be to review and make recommendations regarding proposed special assessment districts (“Assessment Districts”) and community facilities districts (“CFDs”). The Committee, County staff, and consultants hired by the County at the proponent’s expense will analyze information submitted by the district proponents. The Committee will then prepare a report to the Board of Supervisors giving recommendations on the advisability of proceeding with formation of the district.
