Construction
Construction Inspection provides inspection services for development in the unincorporated areas of Placer County. The areas of review typically involve inspection of the “civil” related improvements such as grading, drainage, road construction, construction related water quality and utility installation. The Auburn office handles projects west of Donner Pass, while areas east of Donner Pass are handled by the Tahoe City office.

Approved projects will typically require that work conform to the Placer County General Specifications and/or the State of California Department of Transportation's Standard Specifications or Standard Plans.
