Land Development Manual

The Engineering and Surveying Division relies on the requirements included in the Placer County Land Development Manual (LDM) adopted for the purpose of establishing minimum standards for the design and construction of development improvements.

Note that references to the Department of Public Works (DPW) within the text of the LDM Sections below implies the Engineering and Surveying Division (ESD), due to the reorganization approved by the Board of Supervisors for the Community Development Resource Agency in 2006.
