Project Facilitation
 Engineering and Surveying, in cooperation with all County departments, currently offers project facilitation services for major land development projects such as Bickford Ranch, Placer Ranch and Placer Vineyards. This service includes coordination and management of consultants to perform plan check, map check and construction inspection services. The costs to fund the facilitator position(s), consultant services and the standard County fees are paid for by the developer. This service is currently available on a first come, first serve and staffing available basis.
