Project Review & Conditioning
The Project Review and Conditioning team reviews and conditions applications for Grading Permits, Variances, Design Reviews, Use Permits, Parcel Maps and Subdivisions as they relate mainly to grading, drainage, wastewater, water quality, paving, parking, road improvements and traffic circulation issues. The three basic steps in this process are to evaluate the potential environmental impacts created by the proposed project, recommend the appropriate environmental document and condition the project accordingly. For further information, please call (530) 745-3110, or e-mail Tracie Coyle, Executive Secretary.
