The project proposes subdividing a 79-acre parcel into 61 custom home lots, minimum lot size of 40,000 square feet, on a property located on the north side of Atwood Road, approximately 0.5 miles west of the DeWitt Center. Primary access will be provided at Atwood Road, emergency access will connect to Joeger Road.
