The project proposes subdividing a 79.4-acre parcel into 65-lot Planned Residential Development, on a property located on the north side of Atwood Road, approximately 0.5 miles west of the DeWitt Center. Primary access will be provided at Atwood Road, emergency access will connect to Joeger Road.
