Auburn Creekside Center
The project proposes developing a commercial retail center on 13.2-acres located east of Highway 49, and immediately north of the Target store, in the North Auburn area. The development will be phased, ultimately consisting of approximately 85,000 square feet of new retail space and parking for 321 vehicles.
