Final EIR
The Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Patterson Sand & Gravel Mine has been prepared to evaluate the environmental impacts associated with the proposed expansion of the Patterson Sand and Gravel mine, located on approximately 884 acres in Placer (primarily) and Yuba counties, approximately 2.5 miles northeast of the unincorporated community of Sheridan along the Bear River. The proposed expansion area consists of a total of approximately 355 acres of additional mined area.
