The applicant is requesting a rezone that would remove the Agriculture, Building Site, and Planned Residential Development combining districts, and would add the Density Limitation combining district to the existing RS zone district. The proposed project is located on 119.4 acres north of Olive Ranch Road, 0.25 miles east of Cavitt-Stallman Road, in Granite Bay, Placer County (APN 046-090-012).
