Turkey Creek Estates
Project Description: The project proposes to construct 393 residential lots, 3 parks, and 15 open space areas on approximately 251 acres east of the City of Lincoln on Highway 193. Implementation of the project would require a General Plan Amendment and Rezone.
Project Location: The Turkey Creek Estates project site consists of two parcels (APN 021-272-022 and 021-272-023) located north of State Highway 193 within Placer County and the City of Lincoln’s Sphere of Influence. The project site is adjacent to the Turkey Creek Golf Course.
