Whisper Creek Subdivision
This project is approved as a 104-lot residential Planned Development. The approval includes a Tentative Subdivision Map, a Conditional Use Permit. A Rezone to add a Planned Development (PD) Designation to the entire site is required by the Board of Supervisors. Should the required Rezone not be approved by the Board of Supervisors this project shall be null and void. (Rezone approved by Board of Supervisors 8/7/07).
