Below is the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) which has been prepared to evaluate potential environmental impacts associated with the proposed Whisper Creek Subdivision project, located in the unincorporated area of Placer County within the Dry Creek/West Placer Community Planning Area. The project proposes the subdivision of four parcels of ±60.6 acres into 104 single-family residential lots, eight open space lots, one open space/recreation lot, three landscape lots, and one private street lot.
The Draft EIR public review period ended November 16, 2006. All comments received were responded to in the Final EIR for the project which was released in April 2007.
