Environmental Questionnaire
Once a project that requires environmental review is ready to submit to the County, the applicant will:
Fill out the current Environmental Questionnaire (Standard or Minor) and Initial Project Application.
Schedules a meeting with the Environmental Coordination Services and the project planner to review the Environmental Questionnaire for completeness prior to submittal.
If the Environmental Questionnaire is complete with all required information on the department checklists, the County will accept the material and fees for processing.
