Livingston's Concrete Batch Plant
The Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for the proposed Livingston’s Concrete Batch Plant has been released for public review. Comments regarding the Draft EIR must be submitted to Maywan Krach at the Placer County Community Development Resource Agency no later than 5:00 pm on March 17, 2008.

The proposed development includes a concrete batch plant (including a 57-foot tall batch plant tower); 1,440 square-foot office building; 1,800 square-foot warehouse building; 15,000 gallon water storage tank; wash areas for concrete trucks; and parking for concrete trucks and employee vehicles on a 5-acre parcel located near the town of Ophir. The project may also include a 900 square-foot single story apartment to be used as a caretaker’s residence.
