Tahoe Vista Development Project
The Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) and the Placer County Community Development Resource Agency have directed the preparation of a Draft Environmental Assessment and Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEA/DEIR) for the Tahoe Vista Partners, LLC Affordable Housing and Interval Ownership Development Project in Placer County, California. TRPA and Placer County have previously issued public notice of the availability of this DEA/DEIR for a 45-day public comment period, which was scheduled to close on February 22, 2008.
This
Notice of Availability is to inform you that the comment period for
this DEA/DEIR has been extended to 60 days. The comment period commenced on
January 9, 2008 and concluded on
March 10, 2008. The purpose of the comment period is to allow public comment on the alternatives, issues, mitigation measures, and analysis of impacts contained in the DEA/DEIR. Comments will be solicited during this time frame and will be incorporated into the final document. Comments received after the conclusion of the comment period may not be included in the final document.
