Environmental Review Ordinance

The purpose of the Placer County Environmental Review Ordinance is to implement the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) (Public Resources Code Sections 21000 et seq.), to supplement the State CEQA Guidelines (14 California Code Regulatory Sections 15000 et seq.), to implement the Permit Streamlining Act (Government Code Sections 65920 et seq.) and to implement Section 21081.6 of the Public Resources Code relating to mitigation monitoring. (Ord. 5119-B (part), 2001).

An Ordinance was adopted June 26, 2007 (effective July 26, 2007) amending the Environmental Review Ordinance, Section 18.12.050, regarding "Significant effects."  (Ord. No. 5470-B)
