The Final EIR was released for public review on December 4, 2012. The Planning Commission considered, then approved the project at their December 20, 2012 public hearing. An appeal has been filed regarding the Commission's action.

The Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) public review period was July 27, 2012 to September 10, 2012. The Planning Commission held a public hearing August 30, 2012 to receive comments on the Draft EIR in Tahoe.
