A General Plan Amendment (GPA-20100086) was adopted by the Board of Supervisors in June 2010 amending the Sunset Industrial Area Plan to provide a policy basis for the establishment of a Community Facilities District to fund fire protection services. The sections modified are: Sections 3 and 7.
