Housing Element
The Placer County Board of Supervisors held a public hearing on the Draft Housing Element on August 5, 2008 (Staff Report). The Board directed the Planning Department to submit the Draft Housing Element to the California Department of Housing and Community Development for review and certification. Once the State of California certifies the document, the Housing Element will be considered for final adoption by the Planning Commission and Placer County Board of Supervisors.
