elcome to the Placer County Conservation Plan (PCCP) project. The Placer County Conservation Plan is a regional partnership between Local Partners (the County of Placer, South Placer Regional Transportation Authority, Placer County Water Agency, and the City of Lincoln) and state/federal Wildlife Agencies (Department of Fish and Game, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the National Marine Fisheries Service) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the California Regional Water Quality Control Board.
The Agency Draft Placer County Conservation Plan, was released on February 1, 2011 after a Program update presentation to the Placer County Board of Supervisor (click here for staff report) on January 25, 2011. The draft document has been re-submitted to the Wildlife Agencies in response to comments received in June 2005 (click here for draft document files).
