FISCAL IMPACTS

The Administrative Draft of the Placer County Conservation Plan (PCCP) was released on February 22, 2005. Based on comments received on the February 2005 document, a revised draft is being completed.

Preliminary PCCP Financing Plan Discussion (revised July 11, 2005) - The purpose of this memorandum is to identify strategic issues and corresponding policy decisions that need to be made regarding the PCCP Financing Plan.

Local Government Impacts of the PCCP (August 12, 2005) - This report examines the impacts of the proposed Placer County Conservation Plan (PCCP) on local government, focusing on how changes in the permitting process for new development would affect local government roles and responsibilities, local government costs and revenues, and local economic development and housing affordability objectives.

Projections of growth and land conversion for urban development in Placer County through 2050 (December 5, 2008) - This memorandum summarizes projections of population and employment growth and estimates of land conversion for urban development prepared for the economic analysis of the proposed Placer County Conservation Plan (PCCP).
