Biological Stakeholders Working Group
The purpose of the Biological Stakeholders Working Group (BWG) is to represent stakeholder groups and participate in the development of the Placer County Conservation Plan (PCCP). It is also the role of the BWG to make recommendations to the Placer County Board of Supervisors regarding the PCCP process. Members of the BWG were appointed by the Planning Director and have been meeting periodically since the inception of the PCCP work program in 2000. The current BWG members include:

- Mark Fowler - Lincoln High School
- Rich Ross - Tahoe Cattlemen's Association
- Sean Booth - Sierra College
- Terry Davis - Sierra Club
- Wayne Vineyard - Placer County Farm Bureau
