Wise Villa Winery Community Center
Applicant is requesting approval of a Minor Use Permit to enable the existing Wise Villa Winery and Tasting Room to function as a "Community Center," and is requesting a Variance to the paving requirement in order to allow for a compacted, all-weather surface throughout the overflow parking area in order to facilitate the movement of large agricultural equipment throughout the vineyards.
