Auburn Trail of Treasured Trees
The Auburn Trail of Treasured Trees, a walking tour through Auburn’s urban forest featuring treasured trees and other trees of interest. Tours will start at the deodar cedar near the new Auburn Old Town restrooms and are free to the public.
The walking tour’s 50 trees are located in Old Town and downtown Auburn primarily along Lincoln Way, High Street, College Way, Maple Street and Court Street. The public can take a self-guided walk at any time: Sidewalk markers have been painted and each tree on the walk has been tagged with an engraved medallion.
