Lower Squaw Creek Conceptual Restoration Plan

This report describes a conceptual restoration plan developed by Philip Williams & Associates, Ltd. (PWA) for the lower meadow reach of Squaw Creek. It is based on a review of available existing studies (Section 10), multiple field reviews by PWA geomorphologist and hydrologists, preliminary technical analyses, and several meetings with landowners and key stakeholders. This plan briefly describes four (4) alternatives for consideration (Section 8).
