North Tahoe West Plan Area - Includes Tahoe Vista and Carnelian Bay

As part of the Tahoe Basin Community Plan Update, the County is proposing the development of a Zoning Ordinance and Design Guidelines for the North Tahoe West Plan Area. The Zoning Ordinance and Design Guidelines will reflect the overall vision for the Tahoe Vista and Carnelian Bay areas within the Tahoe Basin.

Plan Area Team Members (Working Group)

Alex Mourelatos, Keith Franke, Leah Kaufman, Robert Lyman, Sam Arnetz, Peter Przybyslawski, Bill Matte, Ellie Waller, and Joseph Lanza

The formation of these working groups is a component of the public outreach strategy developed for the Community Plan update and the purpose of the Working Groups is to help the County develop the Zoning and Design Standards for each Plan Area.
