Plan Areas

Community Workshop scheduled for May 9, 2012 from 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm at the North Tahoe Event Center located at 8318 North Lake Blvd in the Kings Beach area.

The purpose of the workshop is to facilitate Plan Area Team working sessions where the teams will begin work to help develop the zoning and design standards for each Plan Area in the Community Plan boundary.

Placer County staff hosted a Town Hall Meeting to kick off the Tahoe Basin Community Plan Update on October 25, 2011 in Kings Beach. For an overview of that meeting, please see the PowerPoint presentation.
