NORTH TAHOE EAST PLAN AREA
INCLUDES – STATELINE AND KINGS BEACH
As part of the Tahoe Basin Community Plan Update, the County is proposing the development of a Zoning Ordinance and Design Guidelines for the North Tahoe East Plan Area. The Zoning Ordinance and Design Guidelines will reflect the overall vision for the Stateline and Kings Beach areas within the Tahoe Basin.
PLAN AREA TEAM MEMBERS (Working Group): 
Philip Gilanfarr, Jody Medina Precit, Eli Meyer, Theresa May Duggan, Ann Nichols, Ki Nyborg, Andy Deinken, Joseph A. Chillemi, and Tony Demanuele
The formation of these working groups is a component of the public outreach strategy developed for the Community Plan update and the purpose of the Working Groups is to help the County develop the Zoning and Design Standards for each Plan Area.
