WEST SHORE PLAN AREA
INCLUDES – HOMEWOOD, SUNNYSIDE AND TAHOMA
As part of the Tahoe Basin Community Plan Update, the County is proposing the development of a Zoning Ordinance and Design Guidelines for the West Shore Plan Area. The Zoning Ordinance and Design Guidelines will reflect the overall vision for the Homewood, Sunnyside and Tahoma areas within the Tahoe Basin.
PLAN AREA TEAM MEMBERS (Working Group): Todd Mather, Lydia Altick, Ron Parson, Suzanne Wilkins, Jan Brisco, Judith Tornese, John Pang, Nancy Dodge, and Kelli Tworney
The formation of these working groups is a component of the public outreach strategy developed for the Community Plan update and the purpose of the Working Groups is to help the County develop the Zoning and Design Standards for each Plan Area.
